Franziska von der Decken advises and represents national and international clients in all areas of intellectual property law. She focuses on strategic advice and litigation in the areas of trademark, design and unfair competition law.
Franziska studied law at the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg. After her first state examination and before the start of her legal clerkship, she gained work experience as a research assistant in intellectual property law, particulary in trademark and unfair competition law, in various international commercial law firms.
From beginning of 2018 until the end of 2019, Franziska worked already at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER as a research assistant. Also, she completed various stations of her legal clerkship at the firm.
